Acceptance of Terms

By using Cooing, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the application.

Free Trial

First-time users receive a complimentary one-week trial period with full access to all features. No payment information is required to start your trial.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You may manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings.

Service Description

Cooing provides a personal productivity application for managing tasks and writing. The service includes:

Writing features with text, photos, and mood tracking
TO-DO management with lists, priorities, and reminders
Security features including biometric authentication and encryption
Local data storage with optional iCloud synchronization

User Data & Privacy

All data created within Cooing remains under your complete control. We do not collect, store, or access your personal information. Data is stored locally on your device or in your personal iCloud account if you choose to enable synchronization.

Important: You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. While we strive to ensure the reliability of our application, we cannot guarantee against data loss due to device failure, user error, or other circumstances.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Cooing only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the application to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe upon the rights of others
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the application or its systems
Interfere with or disrupt the application's functionality

Intellectual Property

Cooing and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DigitsFn and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your personal content created within the application remains your property.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DigitsFn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the application.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Material changes will be notified through the application, and your continued use after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Termination

You may terminate your use of Cooing at any time by deleting the application and cancelling your subscription. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the application for violations of these terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
